Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the replacement of kitchen drain lines in 24 cabins at Mohican State Park. The work involves removing counters, cabinets, drywall, insulation, copper drain lines, and condensation lines to install new 1 ½” PVC pipe for drain lines in each cabin. The contractor will also be responsible for replacing piping, insulation, and installing new RFP panel boards, as well as reinstalling cabinets, counters, and new caulking. The contractor must coordinate with the park manager for the timing of the work and ensure that all safety, foot, and road traffic, and general work are done according to the park manager's requirements.
