Description
The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking data telecommunications services for Site #331 FA4 LEO DNR – 1820 Monkton Rd. The selected contractor will provide connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The contractor must meet the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract RFP No. F50B4400028. The contract term is expected to be 2 years. Key responsibilities include providing data telecommunications services, maintaining network availability, and performing installation and maintenance tasks.
• The contractor must provide a project manager to create a transition-in and transition-out plan.
• The contractor must furnish key personnel within 30 days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• The contractor must maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit.
• The contractor must provide maintenance support to the locations specified in the PORFP on a 24x7x365 basis.
