SeaPort CNSP - Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) Support

The Navy is seeking capable vendors to provide non-personal support services for the Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) program. The RATT program aims to improve the material readiness and operational proficiency of U.S. Navy surface ship crews through expert-level mentorship, assessment, and training. The selected vendor will be required to provide a team of experienced personnel with extensive naval experience to conduct shipboard training visits and assessments. The vendor will also be responsible for managing and executing the significant CONUS and OCONUS travel required to support the globally dispersed fleet. Key services include: • Providing expert-level mentorship and training to ship crews • Conducting material condition assessments and providing recommendations for improvement • Developing and maintaining a quality control program to ensure services meet contract requirements • Coordinating and scheduling ship visits and training events • Providing feedback on shipboard practices and procedures The Navy is looking for vendors with experience in providing similar services, particularly those with expertise in naval operations, maintenance, and training. Vendors should be able to demonstrate their ability to recruit and retain highly qualified personnel and manage extensive travel requirements.
