Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry, Tuscarora State Forest is seeking bids for the provision of one all-welded aluminum skid-mounted herbicide sprayer equipped with a 50-gallon HDPE PCO tank and a boom buster spray rack with a Reese-style hitch. The contract will commence after receipt of a fully executed purchase order and terminate on June 30, 2026. The bidder must submit their bids through the Commonwealth's electronic system.
• The bidder must provide a new or remanufactured product.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor laws and worker safety laws.
• The bidder must provide the awarded item(s) at the prices quoted in its bid.
• The bidder must provide the service in accordance with any change orders issued by the Commonwealth.
• The bidder must protect the confidentiality of the Commonwealth's confidential information.
• The bidder must comply with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law and provide assistance to the Commonwealth in responding to requests for public records.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable data protection, data security, data privacy, and data breach notification laws.
