Gwinnett County Government is soliciting informal written quotations for the supply of RBX Kits/Valves. The required items include 2” RBX, Vent-O-Mat, 050RBX2521S4, or approved equivalent, 4” RBX, Vent-O-Mat, 100RBX1931E4, or approved equivalent, 6” RBX, Vent-O-Mat, 150RBX1931E4, or approved equivalent, 8” RBX, Vent-O-Mat, 200RBX1931E4, or approved equivalent, and various RBX Kits. The quotations should be returned via email to [email protected] or sent to Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing Division. The delivery point is Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources – Central Facility, 684 Winder Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. • The unit price must include all charges, including delivery. • Delivery time may be taken into consideration in determining the award. • Samples may be requested from vendors to determine equivalency. • The use of brand name is not for restrictive purposes or to limit competition, but to assist vendors in determining the standard of quality Gwinnett County is seeking. • Vendors must certify that items to be furnished are new and that the quality has not deteriorated to impair its usefulness.
