26-047 Circuit Court 1st and 5th Floor Remodal

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for the renovation of two interior spaces within the Missouri Circuit Court building. The project includes a new Clerk area on the 1st floor and new office space on the 5th floor. The work will be phased, starting with the first floor and then the fifth floor. The project has been designed by JEMA LLC, and a complete set of construction documents is provided in the bid package. The contractor must comply with all federal and state employment/labor regulations, including those from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The contractor must also provide a 100% performance and payment bond, and maintain insurance coverage during the life of the contract. • The project includes demolition of existing conditions, rebuilding of the 1st-floor Clerk area, and configuration of the 5th-floor area as open office space. • The contractor must provide all necessary licenses and permits, and comply with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Law under Annual Wage Order #32. • The contractor must also provide a key contact for the project, and notify the County Project Manager of any deficiencies that may impact project cost.
