Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a quotation for a Multi-Pin Connector. The connector should meet the specifications outlined in the attached Appendix B-SOW, dated 12/22/2025. The offeror is required to provide a published price list to support quoted pricing and verify the country of origin. The quotation should include the unit price, extended price, and any applicable discounts. The laboratory reserves the right to accept or reject quotations on each item separately.
* The quotation must be received by 02/12/2026.
* The offeror should provide a completed Representations and Certifications form (ANL-70A).
* The offeror should confirm the lead time and provide any applicable tariff charges.
* The offeror should indicate if they accept pre-pay and add shipping charges to the invoice.
* The offeror should provide any available discounts for DOE or indicate if the order falls under GSA contract pricing.
