Description
The City of Asheville is seeking prequalified contractors for three separate streetscape improvement projects that involve installing brick sidewalks and related streetscape enhancements. The projects are located in the Central Business District (N. Lexington Avenue) and the Historic District of Biltmore Village (S Market and Eagle Street). Each project requires its own prequalification submission, and the city will use the responses to create a qualified vendor list for future bid solicitations. Interested firms must submit questions by September 3, 2026, and prequalification paperwork by September 15, 2026. All documents are available free of charge on the city’s procurement website.
