CONNECTORS

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotes for connectors. To be deemed responsive, the solicitation must be completed in its entirety and include the following: fill out box 17A, read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c, provide the cage code, quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA, annotate the lead time, and annotate the name of the manufacturer and the product's country of manufacturing. The contractor must also have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019, unless the items are deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), which are exempt from this requirement. * The solicitation packet must be completed and returned by the closing date to be considered. * The quote must be submitted via email or fax. * The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended. * The offer must include all applicable boxes in clause 52.204-24 (2)(d) (1) and (2).
