Bathroom Modification

The Charles Lea Center is seeking qualified contractors to completely remodel a bathroom facility in Spartanburg, SC. The work includes constructing a zero‑entry roll‑in shower, installing a waterproof operable transom window, reconfiguring surrounding walls, and adding a functional exhaust fan. All bidders must be registered providers with the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and be able to direct‑bill South Carolina DHHS for services. • Install a 5‑ft × 5‑ft zero‑entry roll‑in shower • Replace existing shower window with a waterproof operable transom style window • Reconfigure bathroom walls to accommodate the new shower layout • Install a working bathroom exhaust fan • Contractors must be credentialed providers and capable of direct billing to SC DHHS
