The Government is performing market research to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, knowledge, and ability to obtain access to the proprietary data to manufacture the items listed, including stator, disc brake, and rotor, disc brake parts for the A-10 program. The proposed NAICS Code is 336413, and the Government is interested in all small or large business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and include information that demonstrates they possess or have the ability to obtain rights to the proprietary data required to manufacture these items. • The Government anticipates obtaining a “CLASS” Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition to authorize for a period of the next five years for multiple contract actions under limited sources competition. • The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase these parts from additional sources. • Suppliers will need to have or obtain the complete technical data and drawings from Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems or Aircraft Wheels and Brake, LLC.
