Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide 60,000 window envelopes with a specific design and construction. The envelopes must be printed with a detailed agency logo in Pantone 280 blue and have a window size of 1-1/8 x 4-1/2". The contractor must also provide 200 departmental random "blue label" copies. The delivery of the envelopes is required by 12/29/2025.
• The contractor must submit quotes via the Quick Quote system.
• The contractor must provide a mandatory W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must perform a basic check of the furnished media and publishing files before image processing.
• The contractor must create or change any necessary trapping, set proper screen angles and screen frequency, and define file output selection for the imaging device being utilized.
