The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to reconstruct the northwest corner of the N5/NM 371 intersection in Burnham Chapter, NM. The work includes pavement removal and reconstruction, cattle‑guard replacement, signage, striping, traffic‑control management, and all associated civil‑construction activities in accordance with 2019 NMDOT specifications. The contract will be for a one‑year term, beginning upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit two technical and two pricing copies in sealed envelopes by the deadline and comply with Navajo procurement rules, including a 6 % Navajo sales tax and bonding requirements.
