Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking data telecommunications services for Site 322 FA4 LEO DNR ETDM – Millington. The contractor will provide internet service delivery, maintenance, and support for the specified location. The contract term is 2 years, and the contractor must meet the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract. Key responsibilities include providing network monitoring and management, reporting problems or suspected problems, and performing a Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) criminal background check for personnel working at high-security facilities.
• The contractor must submit a proposal, including a price sheet, technical proposal, and conflict of interest affidavit.
• The contractor must provide services in accordance with the Master Contract and the purchase order agreement.
• The contractor must meet the performance and maintenance requirements, including a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit.
• The contractor must provide maintenance support on a 24x7x365 basis.
• The contractor must submit invoices in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the purchase order agreement.
