Description
The North Texas Tollway Authority seeks a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive exterior rehabilitation of the Plano Operations Center. The work includes pressure‑washing and cleaning of walls, tilt panels and canopies; removal and replacement of window sealants; painting and recoating of louvers, doors, steel elements, and driveway striping; and accessibility upgrades to meet current standards. The contract is a one‑year, non‑exclusive agreement with a small‑business subcontracting goal of 25 % of total value.
• Clean/pressure‑wash exterior masonry, panels, and canopies; treat rust and repaint metal surfaces.
• Replace window sealants, repaint louvers, doors, and steel components; apply new driveway striping and ADA‑compliant signage.
• Repair/replace portions of driveway, curb, and accessibility ramps; install new overhead coiling doors and related hardware.
• Perform masonry cleaning, sealing, grout work, and concrete resurfacing on terraces, stairs, and the fleet wash bay restroom.
• Provide required documentation, bonds, insurance, and a subcontractor‑small‑business plan as per NTTA procurement policies.
