SIMUNITION TRAINING EQUIPMENT & FEDERAL AMMUNITION

The County of Fresno is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide Simunition training equipment and federal-duty ammunition for use in law enforcement and correctional training operations. The contract term is expected to be three years with two optional one-year extensions. Vendors must demonstrate experience supplying law enforcement agencies with training munitions and duty-grade ammunition, and must be capable of providing consistent quality, reliable delivery timelines, and compliance with all applicable licensing, storage, and transportation requirements. • The equipment and ammunition must meet applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry safety standards for law enforcement training environments. • The vendor must provide a list of at least five customers for whom they have recently provided similar products or services. • The vendor must comply with all specifications and requirements listed in the RFQ, including those related to packaging, pricing, and delivery. • The vendor must provide a completed Quotation Schedule, including pricing for all goods listed, and must factor in all costs throughout the five-year contract term.
