Description
The Town of Carlisle is seeking bids for the renovation of the Town Hall restrooms. The project includes replacing flooring, toilets, and sinks, repairing the subfloor where necessary, painting walls and ceilings, and meeting compliance standards under 521 CMR access for persons with disabilities. The successful bidder will be required to provide a labor and materials payment bond and commence work upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The project must be substantially completed within 180 calendar days.
• Replace bottom 4 feet of wallboard and tile with mildew-resistant wallboard
• Replace plumbing supply lines if damaged
• Install access panels near supply lines
• Replace flooring and repair subfloor where necessary
• Install commercial grade non-slip sheet vinyl
• Replace toilets with American Standard Champion Pro ADA 1.28 GPF
• Replace sinks and countertops
• Replace light fixtures above mirrors
• Meet compliance standards under 521 CMR access for people with disabilities
