Description
The State of South Carolina, Midlands Technical College, is seeking a contractor to provide flooring services for Harbison Hall. The project includes the removal of existing carpet and installation of new carpet in designated areas, approximately 5,200 square feet. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, and equipment needed to complete the job to industry standards and client satisfaction. The project includes preparation, removal and disposal, subfloor preparation, installation, and completion. The contractor must provide carpet and cove base specifications, including manufacturer, collection, style name, color, and size.
