The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, is seeking a quotation for a new full-size single cab 3-seater side by side/UTV (Polaris or equal). The UTV must meet specific requirements, including a 999cc engine displacement, 82HP, 11.5-gal fuel capacity, and other features. The offeror shall be responsible for final assembly and delivery of the unit to the refuge. The delivery date is anticipated to be 03/31/2026. • The UTV must have a 999cc engine displacement and 82HP. • The UTV must have an 11.5-gal fuel capacity and electronic fuel injection. • The UTV must have on-demand true AWD/2WD/turf mode and automatic transmission. • The UTV must have a 14-inch ground clearance and 29" 10-ply tires. • The UTV must have a factory-installed cab system with insulation materials and a 3-person bolstered bench seat with 3-point harness. • The UTV must have factory-installed heat, AC, and defrost, as well as adjustable driver seat, hard doors, and roof. • The UTV must have a glass tip-out windshield, glass rear panel, rearview mirror, windshield wiper with washer, and dual LED headlights and LED taillights. • The UTV must have a front bumper with integrated winch, plow, and LED mounts, as well as a 4,500lb winch with synthetic rope, auto stop, and wireless remote. • The UTV must have a rear bumper, battery trickle-charging outlet, and USB outlet. • The UTV must have a standard 2 in (5 cm) receiver with 2,500lb towing capacity and a rear dump box with 1000lb capacity.
