The Little Creek Campground Improvements Design-Build project involves the construction and improvement of a campground. The project includes the demolition of the existing pavilion, construction of a new pavilion, and other improvements such as fencing, turf removal, and planting of trees and shrubs. The project also involves the reuse of existing facilities such as restrooms, fire rings, and picnic tables. The contractor will be responsible for hiring a third-party inspector to provide inspections for concrete pours, soils compaction, and metal pavilion erection.
