The cranes must be suitable for aircraft maintenance operations on paved and unimproved surfaces and must be sufficiently compact and transportable to support temporary-duty, deployed, and austere operating environments. • Must meet minimum salient characteristics, including configuration, load and working-radius capability, hook height, load-chart verification, JP-8 fuel compatibility, mobility and transportability, stabilization, operator controls, safety systems, boom and crane operation, and accessories.
• Must provide official manufacturer documentation, including load charts, safety-system information, work-platform and accessory compatibility documentation, warranty terms and conditions, and spare-parts and maintenance-support information.
• Must be delivered within 120 calendar days after receipt of order.
• Must include all freight, transportation, delivery, equipment, accessories, documentation, warranty, and other costs necessary to furnish complete and operational systems at the delivery destination.
