SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT SHRA (FRUITRIDGE AREA PHASE 2 & 3)

The County of Sacramento is soliciting bids for the Sidewalk Replacement Project SHRA (Fruitridge Area Phase 2 & 3). The project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work to satisfactorily complete the project, as described in the specifications. The work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies, and applicable regulations. • The project involves placing a rubberized or conventional concrete pavement overlay or slurry seal, repairing failed pavement, grinding the pavement, adjusting manholes to grade, installing ADA compliant curb ramps, and placing pavement striping, markings, and markers. • The contract documents include the notice to contractors, standard construction specifications, special provisions, bid proposal form, and any attachments or exhibits. • The estimated construction cost is $330,000.00, and the contractor license required is a General Engineering Contractor, Class A. • The bid guarantee must be a bidder bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Treasurer of the County of Sacramento, or cash, in an amount not less than 10% of the aggregate sum of the bid.
