Description
The DLA Maritime Puget Sound is seeking a contractor to provide a frequency converter. The contractor must provide the converter, accessories, cable, commission, freight charges, installation, electrical connection, and NRTL for the installation of the machine. The contractor must also provide a warranty performance report and other documentation as specified in the solicitation. The delivery location is the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF, and the delivery date is on or before 28 Aug 2026. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the use of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
• The contractor must provide a completed solicitation package, including all required documentation and certifications.
• The contractor must provide a quote for the frequency converter and all associated costs, including accessories, cable, commission, freight charges, installation, electrical connection, and NRTL.
• The contractor must deliver the frequency converter and all associated items to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF on or before 28 Aug 2026.
• The contractor must provide a warranty performance report and other documentation as specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the use of covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
