Description
The project consists of demolishing two restrooms, one picnic shelter, and one picnic shelter slab with foundation at Big Creek State Park in Polk County, Iowa. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, and other accessories necessary to complete the work in a workmanlike manner. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The project is expected to be completed by August 15, 2026.
