South Side Fire Station Build

The Town of Bourne is inviting sealed bids for the construction of the Southside Fire Station at 171 Clay Pond Road, Bourne, Massachusetts. The project includes various trades such as masonry, miscellaneous and ornamental iron, waterproofing, roofing, and more. The bid documents will be available for download or purchase on April 15, 2026, at Projectdog.com. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond. The minimum wages to be paid for all labor on the project are established in a schedule issued by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries. • The project requires bidders to submit a bid deposit in an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount. • The contract documents may be examined at the Town of Bourne during normal business hours. • The substantial completion of the project shall be obtained no later than 425 calendar days after Notice to Proceed and Final completion within 486 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
