Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY‑IMF) intends to award a sole‑source purchase order to Fluke Electronics, Corp. for repair and calibration of a Fluke Model 910R GPS/Rubidium Frequency Reference. The contractor must open, evaluate, quote, repair (if feasible), and then perform an ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited calibration, delivering a Certificate of Calibration and a detailed repair/evaluation report. All work must be performed by an authorized Fluke service technician using genuine OEM parts, and the contractor must be ISO/IEC 17025 accredited.
• Scope: Disassembly, fault diagnosis, repair, and post‑repair calibration of one Fluke 910R unit.
• Deliverables: Repair/Evaluation Report, Certificate of Calibration, warranty on parts, and compliance statements.
• Requirements: Authorized Fluke service facility, ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, use of genuine OEM parts, FOB shipping from Pearl Harbor, HI.
