CH-53: FY26 O-Level Peculiar Support Equipment Group A

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is soliciting proposals for a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for the CH-53K Aircraft Domestic and FMS platforms. The contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The PSE items are required to facilitate O-level maintenance operations for the CH-53K Aircraft. • The technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and requires a current and valid CMMC Level 2 certification. • Offerors must possess a certified DD Form 2345 to obtain access to the technical data package. • The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package, which is considered Export Controlled. • The full text of the reference FAR clauses can be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/content/regulations.
