JOC Street Lighting/Traffic Signal

The City of San Diego is issuing a Job Order Contract (JOC) for street lighting and traffic signal work. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, indefinite‑delivery vehicle that will be split into two $15 M awards (South and North of I‑8) and will run for up to 36 months (or until the $15 M cap is reached).
