Parking Lot 10 Landscape Improvements

The City of Columbus is seeking a quote for the Parking Lot 10 Landscape Improvements project. The project involves making certain public improvements, and the work must be completed by November 6, 2026. The contractor will be required to obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for any street, traffic lane, alley, parking space, or sidewalk closure. The contractor must also submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) and a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance with the quote. • The quote must be submitted through the electronic bidding system, Ion Wave Technologies. • The City of Columbus reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • The signed Quote Form will be the contract. • Insurance coverage is required in the amount of not less than $300,000 for any one person, nor less than $1,000,000 for any one accident. • Failure to complete the project on time will result in the deduction of $100 per calendar day, not counting weekends and holidays, as liquidated damages.
