The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is seeking a commercial solution to automate the discovery, identification, and cataloging of cryptographic assets across all Department of Navy and Marine Corps networks and systems. The solution should provide a comprehensive framework for automated discovery, analysis, and reporting of cryptographic systems and dependencies. The ultimate objective is to automate the generation of a Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM) to support central risk reporting, vulnerability assessments, and PQC migration prioritization.
