Description
The City of Cleveland’s Division of Purchases and Supplies is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a broad range of electrical wire, cable, and related accessories for the Division of Cleveland Public Power. The solicitation includes 13 product groups covering underground residential distribution (URD) wire, ACSR conductors, triplex and quadruplex cables, XHHW‑2, THHN, bare copper, tie wires, and assorted accessories, with quantities ranging from a few thousand to tens of thousands of feet per size. Bids must be sealed, submitted by noon on June 4 2026, and the contract will be for one year with an optional one‑year renewal.
• Supply of multiple types of copper and aluminum conductors (URD, ACSR, XHHW‑2, THHN, etc.) in specified sizes and lengths.
• Delivery to Cleveland Public Power facilities; quantities may vary ± 5 % and emergency deliveries required within 1 business day.
