The Maryland Department of State Police is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) to acquire 138 units of the Motorola APX™ 8500 two‑way radio (All‑Band HP Mobile Radio) under the Statewide Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract. Only vendors who are Master Contractors on the statewide contract and are in good standing with the State may submit. Proposals must be submitted through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by the close of business on October 20, 2026 (2:00 PM EST). Delivery is required to the agency’s Jessup, MD facility by June 30, 2027.
