CURRENT PRODUCTION YEAR SUV & MECHANICS SERVICE TRUCK

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for the purchase of one current production year SUV and one mechanics service truck. The vehicles will be used by the Transportation Department to support its mission. The SUV should be a mid-sized Ford, Chevrolet, or Jeep 4x4 with a minimum 300 HP engine, automatic transmission, and third-row seating. The mechanics service truck should be a Ford F-600 regular cab with a V-8 gas 7.3L engine. The vehicles should meet all California emission standards and have all legal safety devices. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the vehicles to the County's Transportation Department. Key features and requirements of the vehicles include: * Current production year * Meet California emission standards * Have all legal safety devices * Cumulative miles/hours shall not exceed 500-miles/8-hours at time of delivery * ALL VEHICLES MUST BE DELIVERED WITH FUEL TANK(S) FULL * Warranty: Minimum, Three year/36,000 miles limited, Five year/60,000 Powertrain * Four sets of keys with FOBS * Access to online parts and repair data including diagnostic software * Delivery appointments MUST be made with the County of Riverside Transportation Department Land Management Agency (TLMA), 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery date
