Description
The Swartz Creek Community Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of Swartz Creek Middle School. The project includes labor, materials, equipment, and all other services necessary to complete the renovation. The bidding documents consist of plans and specs prepared by French Associates. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 27th, 2025, at 4:00pm. Bids must be delivered by November 6th, 2025, at 2:00pm. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
