Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to supply a Neuromodulation Device and 10 pairs of B Set non-invasive electrodes. The contract is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The contractor must provide new products, and reconditioned or remanufactured products will not be accepted. The contractor will be required to comply with various clauses, including limitations on subcontracting and electronic submission of payment requests.
