The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide approximately 22 cable pulls to eliminate unmanaged switches at Summit Behavioral Health Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. The scope of work includes performing a site visit, cabling and connection of Cat 6 cable pulls, disposal of construction waste materials, and coordination with owner schedules and activities. The contractor must have experience in IT related installation and service, and must follow MHAS's standard Contractor Guidelines. • The project requires a site visit to determine materials and equipment needed • The contractor must provide network cabling, connectors, and boxes consistent with existing installations • The contractor must dispose of all construction waste materials • The contractor must coordinate with owner schedules and activities • The contractor must follow MHAS's standard Contractor Guidelines • The contractor must provide all tools, ladders, etc. to complete the work • The contractor must have experience in IT related installation and service • The contractor must not be subject to an "unresolved" finding for recovery under Section 9.24 of Ohio Revised Code
