Description
The Newark Board of Education is seeking a qualified contractor to provide complete epoxy flooring installation services at its K‑12 school facilities throughout the district. The work includes full surface preparation, moisture testing, primer application, epoxy coating, and a UV‑stable topcoat, complying with NJ prevailing‑wage, safety, and environmental regulations. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price, two‑year base contract with an optional two‑year renewal.
• Scope: removal of existing paint, surface cleaning, moisture mitigation, application of primer, main‑coat and top‑coat across multiple school sites.
