The United States Coast Guard is requesting quotations for a commercial item, specifically a 2" globe valve, bronze, union end, in accordance with OEM drawing 803-4384536. The valve must meet certain specifications, including being individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned, and packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard box. The packaging and marking requirements are strictly specified, and failure to meet these requirements may result in warehouse rejection and items being shipped back to the vendor. • The valve must be a brand name part, or an equivalent product that meets the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation. • The Coast Guard intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government. • The contract will be awarded on an all or none basis. • The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is June 24th, 2026, at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
