W--Four Modular Buildings at the Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source contract to DUENAS TRAILERS RENTAL INC for the provision of four modular buildings at the Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge. The contract is for a period of eight months and is intended to provide temporary office space while a new building is designed and constructed. The FWS is seeking capability statements from interested parties to determine whether a competitive procurement would be advantageous. The scope of work includes the rental of four 40-foot trailer mobile offices, which will be located at the same site where utilities and services are already connected.
