Description
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a commercial printer to produce 100 bridge‑and‑engine‑bell books. Each book is a 60‑page saddle‑stitched booklet with a 4‑page cover, printed entirely in black ink on specified offset and tag stock, then individually kraft‑wrapped, labeled, and shipped to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Oklahoma. The contractor must provide a press‑quality PDF proof, handle all government‑furnished material pickup, and meet detailed packaging, labeling, and delivery specifications.
• Quantity: 100 books (60 text pages + 4‑page cover)
• Production specs: JCP A60 50 lb text paper, JCP P10 150 lb cover, black‑only ink, two‑wire saddle stitching, trim three sides, cover flush
• Packaging & shipping: Kraft‑wrap each book, attach Unit‑of‑Issue label, pack in cartons ≤ 50 lb, palletize shipments ≥ 10 cartons, meet GPO Form 905 labeling and dimension requirements
• Delivery: Final receipt at DLA Document Services, Tinker AFB, OK by 30 May 2026; must notify multiple GPO/DLA contacts on the day of shipment
