Description
The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) is seeking two external power carts in accordance with the Aviation Mobile Power Converter Specifications. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, and the award will be made to the eligible, responsive offeror whose offer represents the lowest priced quote and meets the requirements of this RFQ. The delivery date should be no later than 120 days after receipt of order.
• The power carts should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 1.
• The offeror should provide a quote that includes all applicable costs, including delivery charges.
• The offeror should be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the SAM website.
• The offeror should not add tax to the quote, as the agency is exempt from Federal, State, and Local City taxes.
