Description
This solicitation invites industry, academia, and government labs to submit technology‑experimentation nominations for a live demonstration event focused on combat‑diving communications, underwater propulsion, and maritime domain situational awareness on unmanned surface vehicles. Participants will demonstrate mid‑TRL (5‑7) hardware/software at the U.S. Army Special Forces Underwater Operations School in Key West, FL, between 7‑11 December 2026. Selections will be made via peer‑review based on mission relevance, technical merit, and affordability; successful nominees may later receive a contract under an Other Transaction, CRADA, or similar vehicle. No funding is disclosed; all costs for travel, demonstration, and risk‑assessment paperwork are borne by the submitter.
