Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking quotes for the procurement of 19 M119 Suspension Arm Forgings in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The solicitation includes an option for additional quantities, and the Government reserves the right to issue a portion of the option quantity. The contractor must provide their best price at the time of quote submission, and the Government intends to award one firm fixed price purchase order to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible contractor. Key requirements include on-time delivery, quality products that conform to the purchase order terms and conditions, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• The contractor must adhere to the delivery schedule indicated in the purchase order.
• The contractor must provide written notice of any delays in delivery, including the new proposed delivery schedule and offered consideration for the delay.
• The Government reserves the right to require an equitable adjustment of the contract price for any extension of the delivery schedule or additional costs to the Government.
• The contractor must ensure that all visitors, including transportation and freight services, pre-register at least three business days prior to their visit.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations, including those related to first article testing and quality assurance.
