Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka is seeking to identify capable vendors who can provide a Motorola GTR 8000 Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System with OCONUS installation in Japan. The system consists of GTR 8000 VHF Conventional Repeaters, GTR 8000 VHF Conventional Base Stations, and APX 6000 Land Mobile Radios, along with associated antennas, batteries, chargers, and programming. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and services necessary to deliver, install, program, and make fully operational the LMR system. The installation will take place on a remote island in Japan, and the contractor shall be responsible for the complete on-site installation, programming, and system optimization.
• The system consists of two GTR Repeaters, three GTR Basestations, and 124 APX 6000 Land Mobile Radios.
• The contractor shall provide implementation and system optimization services.
• The contractor shall provide device programming services for all APX 6000 radios.
• The Government will provide lodging and meals at the final designated installation site.
• The contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with travel, lodging, and per diem to reach mainland Japan.
