Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to remanufacture/re-core the C-130 HX NSN: 1660-01-150-9084. The contract is a 5-year firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 3-year basic period and two 2-year option periods. The contractor will be required to furnish all material, plant facilities, labor, parts, equipment, and expertise necessary to perform the remanufacture. The contractor must also comply with standard quality requirements and provide a quality control plan.
• The contract includes requirements for packaging, marking, and shipping of the remanufactured items.
• The contractor must also provide data reports, including a monthly production report and a government property inventory report.
• The contract includes a warranty requirement, and the contractor must provide warranty information on the containers and items.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety issues.
