SOLICITATION FOR BIDS – 20‑TON ROOFTOP UNIT (RTU) REPLACEMENT – ARVEST BALLPARK – CITY OF SPRINGDALE

The City of Springdale is seeking a qualified contractor to replace an existing 20‑ton rooftop HVAC unit at Arvest Ballpark. The contractor must supply a new, unused unit equal to or greater than the existing one in capacity and performance, handle all labor, materials, equipment, crane services, rigging, and related incidentals, and complete the full mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant connections, startup, testing, commissioning, and site cleanup. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes by the deadline, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • Scope includes removal and proper disposal of the existing RTU, delivery and installation of a new 20‑ton RTU, and full integration with existing building systems. • Contractor must provide manufacturer’s warranty, workmanship warranty, a lump‑sum price, equipment specifications, and an estimated calendar‑day schedule for completion. • All work must be coordinated with Arvest Ballpark staff to minimize disruption, and the contractor must hold a valid Arkansas contractor license and provide proof of insurance upon request.
