The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce two 4‑color printed book titles (Engineer Qualifications and Inport Qualifications) for the U.S. Coast Guard. The work includes offset or high‑quality digital printing, coil binding, clear‑gloss lamination of covers, blank tab dividers, shrink‑wrapping, and delivery to Bayonne, NJ by early August. The solicitation is a small‑purchase RFQ with a fixed deadline and award to the lowest total bid.
