The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to demolish the Officer Training School’s Blue Thunder rappel tower, remove subsurface supports, dispose of all debris, and restore the site. The effort is limited to a 30‑day performance period and requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal services in accordance with the attached SOW. A site visit is scheduled for 25 August 2026 (optional). Quotes are due 10 September 2026. The award will go to the lowest‑priced, technically compliant offer.
