Walnut Creek Pump Station, Construction Administation

The Town of Cary is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide construction phase services and post-construction phase services for the Walnut Creek Pump Station. The scope of work includes construction administration, inspection, and testing. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a full-time resident project representative, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting materials testing. The firm will also be responsible for providing periodic visits by the engineer of record and attending progress meetings. The key requirements for this project include: • Providing construction administration services • Conducting construction inspection and testing • Providing post-construction services, including record drawings and warranty walk-throughs • Coordinating with the Town of Cary and other stakeholders • Providing a comprehensive narrative outlining the firm's understanding and approach to the project The Town of Cary is looking for a firm with experience in similar projects, a strong understanding of the scope of work, and the ability to provide high-quality services.
