FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID

The United States Coast Guard is requesting quotations for a filter element, fluid, used with MTU main diesel engines. The item shall be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10 in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 fiberboard box. The packaging must meet specific requirements, and failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection and delay of payment. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. * The required item is a filter element, fluid, used with MTU main diesel engines. * The item shall be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10. * The packaging must meet specific requirements, including being cushioned as appropriate to prevent damage from movement or external impact. * The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. * The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. * The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
